HEALTH
Our breeding dogs derive from some of the most extensively health screened Australian Labradoodle and Bernedoodle bloodlines in the world. Couple this with our own comprehensive health screening policy and you can be sure you are getting a puppy with outstanding genetics. We screen for hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, patellar luxation, prcdPRA, vWD, EIC, DM and a whole panel of eye conditions.
TEMPERAMENT
Australian Labradoodles and Bernedoodles are known for their first-class temperaments and are typically excellent with young children and other animals. We go a step further by assessing each puppy's individual temperament and matching them with their perfect, forever family. CONFORMATION
Of course we love all of our Australian Labradoodles and Bernedoodles dearly, but as purpose-driven breeders, we do strive to produce "better" puppies with every additional generation. This means breeding forwards not just with the best health and temperament, but also with dogs that are structurally sound, beautiful and have excellent quality, non-shedding coats.

Strong Genetics
We select our breeding dogs for genetic strength. We work with breeders around the world to select the very best additions for our Australian Labradoodle and Bernedoodle breeding programme, which help us to achieve our goals for health, temperament and conformation and bring wonderful puppies into the world.
Health Screening
All of our Australian Labradoodle and Bernedoodle breeding dogs are extensively health screened and must meet our high standards to be approved for participation in our breeding programme. We test hips, elbows, patellas, eyes, and run a panel of DNA tests including prcdPRA, vWD, EIC, DM, and IC.
Coefficient of Inbreeding
We produce healthier dogs by maintaing a very low coefficient of inbreeding. This means we have a broad gene pool and we do not line-breed or in-breed and instead, we invest in new bloodlines for our breeding programme frequently. The lower the coefficient of inbreeding, the lower the risk of producing puppies with inherited abnormalities.
Socialisation & Enrichment
We place great importance on early socialisation and enrichment. What a puppy learns first they learn best, so we spend hours and hours interacting with them and getting them used to new experiences, sights, sounds and smells.
Temperament Matching
Once the puppies' cognitive development is complete at 7 weeks old, we conduct an assessment their temperament to ensure that we are matching puppies and new owners that are a great fit for each other. Our Australian Labradoodles and Bernedoodles all have outstanding temperaments, but the subtle differences between puppies can make all the difference in terms of a puppy fitting perfectly into their new forever family.
Puppy Healthcare
We ensure that our puppies get off to the best start in life! Before they leave us, they are wormed three times, microchipped, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites and are thoroughly checked by our vet. We provide comprehensive advice on future healthcare so that you can make informed decisions and ensure your puppy is expertly cared for.

Our two-year genetic health guarantee not only provides peace of mind to our clients, but also demonstrates the confidence we have in the health of the puppies that we produce. If your Forever Doodles puppy develops a life-inhibiting genetically inherited disorder within their first two years, we will refund up to 50% of the price paid.
